Induction Shrink Fit Machine
Introduction
Induction Shrink Fit Machine is a technique used to join metal parts by heating one part to expand it, thus allowing the insertion of another part. When the heated part cools, it tightens the inserted part, creating a strong and inseparable bond. This process ensures the accuracy and durability of the part, which is critical for applications requiring high structural integrity and reliability. The process can be disassembled by reheating and reversing the process, providing flexibility for maintenance and adjustments.
Functions
Fast Heating Principle:
The unit without hot-air source, The eddy current give out heat from high frequency magnetic field.
Shorter cycle time and easily operation.
Higher Efficiency:
The collet will be given heat from magnetic field to avoid Induction heater too hot when user is changing cutter.
Cooling Unit Function:
In the shrinking unit is with circular air outlet for cooling air from up side blow to down.
